We spent 2 nights in perfectly clean twin room with a really comfortable bed. The marvellous and amazing location was near The Room. Set near to restaurants and pubs, it was a plus.

The twin room was fashionable and had a safe, an electronic key card, and a TV. The stuff where supper friendly, provided excellant services. The location was lovely for my stay, 400 metres from The Room. The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a commercial area.

It was a good small hotel in a good area, not far from the center of Las canteras. We have spent 2 days in twin room with the TV, everything was great. The rate was £ 83.

Grounds were kept perfectly clean, breakfast was fresh made. We booked twin room, it had basic facilities you could ask for: a safe, an electronic key card, and a TV. The staff was helpful and provided excellent services. The location was excellent, a short walk to The Room.

The staff was efficient and pleasant, the accommodation was nicely decorated and fairly clean. Location: the hotel was right by the center of Las canteras, the city centre and Las Canteras Beach and Plazoleta de Farray. I visited Siboney not very far from the venue for a few drinks.

maresia canteras urban surpassed my expectations during my stay in las palmas de gran canaria. the hosts made me feel at home, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was prepared with care. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. i can't wait to stay here again!

The location was amazing, very close to The Room. It was also near the beach promenade. The breakfast was freshly cooked with efficient personnel.

We loved this hotel! It was very clean, had great facilities, and had a convenient location. It was very close to the beach, the main street, and restaurants. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.
